HOW DO I BUY A GIFT WITH MYGIULIA?
Placing an order is easy:
1) Fill out the gift finder form and let me know what you are looking for.
2) I will come back to you with an email within 24hrs (on business days) with a link that leads to a bespoke selection of three thoughtful gifts.
3) Choose one of them and you will enter the checkout process.
4) At the moment you do not need to make an account.
5) Edit our pre-written thoughtful gift message (a complimentary service)
6) Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped.
7) I’ll make sure to keep you updated every step of the way.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR GIFT SERVICE?
myGiulia aims to make every gift order extra special. At check-out a £9 service fee will be added to include:
- Bespoke gift curation
- Exceptional wrapping
- A handwritten card
- Coordinated complimentary delivery

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No. You can shop at myGiulia without creating an account.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE?
No, at the moment orders can be placed exclusively online. However if you experience any difficulties during the ordering process please contact me at: firstname.lastname@example.org
HELP, I NEED A GIFT TODAY. CAN YOU MAKE SAME DAY DELIVERIES?
Yes. Please send an email to email@example.com for urgent request. The same day courier service (within London) is at an extra charge of £15.
HOW FAST IS YOUR DELIVERY?
STANDARD DELIVERY for UK & EU is a complimentary service. It normally takes 2-3 days.
At check out you can choose a date when the gift should be approximately delivered. This way you can buy a gift in advance and make sure it will be delivered at the right day. (e.g. their birthday or Christmas)
Please note I only ship Monday to Friday.
I send you an email when the parcel is sent, with a link so you can track the delivery yourself anytime.

HOW CAN I TRUST THAT THE GIFT WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE GIFTEE?
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code as soon as the gift leaves my studio.
DO YOU SHIP GIFTS TO EUROPE OR ABROAD ?
Currently I send parcels within the United Kingdom and Europe. I offer courier deliveries (same day, fixed day) within London.
DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
I want to make your life as easy as possible. -that is why I wrap every gift by hand at my studio in West London. All details are taken into consideration, using the highest quality paper, bows and ribbons.
SHOULD I ADD A CARD WITH MY PRESENT?
I believe in the power of words, that is why Giulia adds a thoughtful hand written message to every gift on high quality stationary. This little detail makes your gift even more special.
You can edit the message during the checkout process in order to make it even more personal. If you prefer to hand write the card by yourself just delete our prewritten message and we will include a blank card and envelope with your gift.
HOW WILL THE GIFTEE KNOW WHO THIS PRESENT CAME FROM?
We will add a handwritten card with your personal message as well as stick a lovely gift label on the delivery box with your name on it. So gratitude comes included!
DO YOU PUT AN INVOICE IN THE PARCEL YOU SEND OUT?
No. You will receive an Order Confirmation by email, with all the details. I do not put any paperwork in the box, because most of our presents go straight to the gift receiver which saves you doing all the work - that is what myGiulia is all about.
HOW ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY IS YOUR GIFT WRAP?
I am committed to protect our environment. This is why I source our wrapping materials from local businesses and use mostly recyclable or reusable materials, such as kraft boxes or recycled tissue paper.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
I do not believe in gift receipts or the exchange of thoughtfully chosen gifts, just because a gift is something magical with a thought behind!
If there is a problem with any of our products or our service, let me know and I will provide a solution.
In case a product arrives damaged please send me an email to email@example.com with a photo and a short description and I will exchange it. I cover the cost of postage.
HOW DO YOU USE THE INFORMATION YOU COLLECT ?
I use the information for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and reminding you about upcoming special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries etc. I also send out emails on a regular basis with tips, inspiration and our weekly blog posts about the art of gifting. I remind you about important events you may forget, like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s day. I will send you our newsletters, which contain information about our products and events. I ask for your consent to do this, and I will only send you our newsletter for as long as you continue to consent.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MY GIFTEES KEPT PRIVATE?
WHY CAN I ONLY SEARCH FOR BABY AND KIDS GIFTS?
myGiulia is an early stage start-up founded to create a brand new gifting experience. At the moment my service is limited to gift options for babies and young children. I will be adding new occasions soon...!

HOW DO I KNOW THE GIFT RECEIVER WILL LIKE THE PRESENT?
I put a huge amount of effort into choosing presents and finding toys, games and unusual gifts which children like and which they - and I - think are fun. I go to toy shows, I talk to lots of toy inventors, I ask them and parents what toys girls and boys really like. Trust me, I know, I’ve done my research! And if he or she already has my brilliantly chosen present, tell me and I will exchange it. How cool is that?
